By accessing or using this website or enrolling in any Homeschool Advantage program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Educational Purpose

Homeschool Advantage provides educational curriculum materials, lesson content, assessments, downloadable resources, and related educational support designed for homeschooling families.

All materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Homeschool Advantage does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, admissions results, standardized test performance, or educational achievements.

Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for complying with applicable homeschool laws and requirements in their jurisdiction.

Accounts and Enrollment

Certain features of the platform may require account registration and paid enrollment.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Account sharing, unauthorized distribution of materials, or attempts to circumvent access restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Payments and Billing

Certain courses, memberships, curriculum programs, or services require payment prior to access.

By purchasing access to Homeschool Advantage educational materials and platform services, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due at the time of purchase.

Prices, membership structures, and program availability may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy

Because Homeschool Advantage provides access to digital educational materials and downloadable content, refunds are limited.

Eligible purchases may qualify for a refund if a refund request is submitted by email to [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refund eligibility may be denied in cases involving:

  • substantial consumption of curriculum materials;
  • excessive downloading or copying of resources;
  • abuse of the refund policy;
  • violations of these Terms.

If a refund is issued, access to the applicable courses, memberships, and curriculum materials may be revoked immediately.

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, lesson materials, worksheets, assessments, graphics, branding, logos, PDFs, downloads, website content, and platform materials are the intellectual property of Homeschool Advantage unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, publicly shared, uploaded to third-party platforms, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Homeschool Advantage.

Limited personal educational use within a purchaser’s household is permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • share account access with non-household users;
  • reproduce or distribute curriculum materials unlawfully;
  • interfere with platform security or functionality;
  • attempt unauthorized access to restricted portions of the platform;
  • use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Homeschool Advantage may utilize third-party services and providers, including payment processors, analytics tools, email platforms, hosting providers, and educational technology services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, or issues caused by third-party services beyond our control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, platform, and educational materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Homeschool Advantage does not warrant that:

  • the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free;
  • materials will always be available;
  • or the services will meet every individual educational need or expectation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeschool Advantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • use of the website or platform;
  • inability to access services;
  • educational decisions made by users;
  • or reliance on any materials provided.

Modifications to These Terms

Homeschool Advantage reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
